Power after Cancer

After cancer and intensive oncological treatments, a difficult phase begins for many: emotionally it feels like a "black hole", despite the body physically recovering. Anxiety and fatigue can last a long time, and the question of how to get back to work feels overwhelming. At the same time, the employer wonders how expensive the return to work will be and what guidance is needed. Strength after Cancer focuses on this crucial phase: it helps people regain balance on three levels - emotionally, mentally and physically. This ensures that they do not return to work with residues of anxiety and fatigue, but from a strong, stable base. For occupational physicians and case managers, this is a targeted pathway that really helps employees in their recovery and increases their chances of a sustainable return to work.

Radvance

  • Intake and diagnosis - Determination of where the person is in their recovery process and what emotional, mental and physical support is most urgent.
  • Individual trajectory - Guidance by specially trained coaches and practitioners at all three levels (emotional processing, mental strength, physical recovery).
  • Periodic evaluation - Monitoring progress and adjustment of approach if necessary.
  • Closure and transfer - Completion of the route with concrete handles for independent continuation.

Frounding and benefits
Employees leave the program not only physically recovered, but also emotionally and mentally stronger. They have concrete tools to deal with anxiety and fatigue and can therefore return to work more stably and sustainably. For occupational physicians and case managers, this means less risk of lapsed absenteeism and a worker who is really ready for return - not only on paper, but also in reality. The trajectory runs between 12 and 26 weeks, depending on where the person is in his or her recovery.
